What Are the Shipping and Delivery Times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
We currently ship within the United States only.

How Can I Track My Package?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will appear in your order details. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your package using the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, etc.) or through universal tracking sites such as 17track.net.

What If My Estimated Delivery Time Has Passed?

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and expedite the process.

What If My Product Arrived Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the product and email it to Rhemiah@Rhemiah.com right away.
We replace damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I Return My Product for a Refund?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your case and provide a replacement if applicable.
