No Returns and Refunds 

At Rhemiah, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to offer products that reflect care and quality.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will review your case and provide a replacement if applicable.
